Údaje mohou být zpracovávány v interním CRM systému a u poskytovatelů technického zajištění webu a e-mailu. Údaje neprodáváme třetím stranám.

1. Úvod

Tyto zásady ochrany osobních údajů se vztahují na rozšíření integrace EspoCRM Google Kalendář poskytované společností ViaElement („Rozšíření", „my", „nás" nebo „naše"). Zavazujeme se chránit vaše soukromí a zajistit pozitivní zkušenost při používání naší integrace.

2. Informace, které shromažďujeme

Když propojíte svůj účet Google s Rozšířením, shromažďujeme a zpracováváme následující informace:

Informace o profilu Google: Vaše e-mailová adresa a základní informace o profilu (pro identifikaci připojeného účtu).
Data z Google Kalendáře: Události ve vašem Google Kalendáři, včetně názvů událostí, popisů, dat, časů, účastníků a míst.

3. Jak používáme vaše informace

Shromážděné informace používáme výhradně k následujícím účelům:

Synchronizace: Umožnění obousměrné synchronizace schůzek, hovorů a kalendářních událostí mezi vaší instancí EspoCRM a vaším Google Kalendářem.
Autentizace: Správa vašich přístupových tokenů OAuth 2.0 a udržování aktivní synchronizace.

Vaše data Google nepoužíváme k žádným jiným účelům, včetně reklamy, marketingu nebo profilování.

4. Zásady zpracování dat uživatelů Google API

Použití a přenos informací přijatých z Google API na jakoukoli jinou aplikaci ze strany Rozšíření bude v souladu se Zásadami zpracování dat uživatelů služeb Google API, včetně požadavků omezeného použití.

5. Ukládání a bezpečnost dat

Veškerá synchronizovaná data a přístupové tokeny OAuth jsou bezpečně uloženy ve vlastní databázi vaší samoobslužné nebo cloudové instance EspoCRM. Společnost ViaElement nemá přístup k vaší databázi, tokenům ani událostem v kalendáři. Vaše data zůstávají zcela pod kontrolou vaší organizace.

6. Sdílení a zveřejňování informací

Data z Google Kalendáře neprodáváme, nevyměňujeme ani nepředáváme třetím stranám. Vaše data proudí pouze bezpečně mezi servery Google a vaším serverem EspoCRM prostřednictvím šifrovaných připojení (HTTPS).

7. Uchovávání a mazání dat

Vaše data jsou uchovávána ve vaší instanci EspoCRM po dobu, po kterou máte připojený účet. Přístup můžete kdykoli odvolat a synchronizovaná data smazat takto:

Odvoláním přístupu Rozšíření v Nastavení zabezpečení vašeho účtu Google.
Odstraněním připojeného účtu Google z profilu uživatele EspoCRM.

8. Změny těchto zásad

Tyto zásady ochrany osobních údajů můžeme čas od času aktualizovat. O změnách vás budeme informovat aktualizací data „Poslední aktualizace" v horní části těchto zásad.

Privacy Policy for EspoCRM Google Calendar Integration

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the EspoCRM Google Calendar Integration extension provided by ViaElement ("the Extension", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience when using our integration.

2. Information We Collect

When you connect your Google Account to the Extension, we collect and process the following information:

Google Profile Information: Your email address and basic profile information (to identify the connected account).
Google Calendar Data: The events on your Google Calendar, including event titles, descriptions, dates, times, attendees, and locations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

Synchronization: To enable two-way synchronization of meetings, calls, and calendar events between your EspoCRM instance and your Google Calendar.
Authentication: To manage your OAuth 2.0 access tokens and keep your synchronization active.

We do not use your Google data for any other purposes, including advertising, marketing, or profiling.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Extension's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

All synchronized data and OAuth access tokens are stored securely within your own self-hosted or cloud-hosted EspoCRM instance's database. We at ViaElement do not have access to your database, your tokens, or your calendar events. Your data remains completely under your organization's control.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Google Calendar data to outside parties. Your data only flows securely between Google's servers and your EspoCRM server via encrypted connections (HTTPS).

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained within your EspoCRM instance for as long as you keep your account connected. You can revoke access and delete your synchronized data at any time by:

Revoking the Extension's access from your Google Account Security settings.
Deleting the connected Google Account from your EspoCRM user profile.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

Podmínky používání – integrace EspoCRM Google Kalendář

1. Souhlas s podmínkami

Instalací, konfigurací nebo používáním rozšíření integrace EspoCRM Google Kalendář („Rozšíření") poskytovaného společností ViaElement souhlasíte s těmito podmínkami používání. Pokud s těmito podmínkami nesouhlasíte, Rozšíření nepoužívejte.

2. Popis služby

Rozšíření poskytuje mechanismus synchronizace mezi instancí EspoCRM a Google Kalendářem prostřednictvím rozhraní Google Workspace API. Umožňuje uživatelům obousměrně zobrazovat, vytvářet, aktualizovat a mazat události kalendáře mezi oběma platformami.

3. Odpovědnosti uživatele

Při používání Rozšíření souhlasíte, že nesete výhradní odpovědnost za:

Autorizaci: Zajištění, že máte zákonné právo a řádné oprávnění k přístupu, synchronizaci a ukládání událostí kalendáře spojených s vaším připojeným účtem Google.
Bezpečnost: Udržování bezpečnosti vaší instance EspoCRM, přihlašovacích údajů k účtu Google a hardwaru, na kterém je váš CRM hostován.
Dodržování předpisů: Používání Rozšíření v souladu se všemi příslušnými místními, státními, národními a mezinárodními zákony a předpisy.

4. Podmínky používání Google

Na vaše používání Rozšíření se vztahují také Podmínky používání Google a Podmínky používání rozhraní API Google. Používáním tohoto Rozšíření pro interakci se službami Google souhlasíte s dodržováním příslušných podmínek a zásad Google.

5. Duševní vlastnictví

Rozšíření je software s otevřeným zdrojovým kódem poskytovaný pod licencí MIT (pokud není v repozitáři projektu uvedeno jinak). Software můžete používat, upravovat a distribuovat v souladu s podmínkami jeho licence.

6. Vyloučení záruky

ROZŠÍŘENÍ JE POSKYTOVÁNO „TAK, JAK JE", BEZ ZÁRUKY JAKÉHOKOLI DRUHU, VÝSLOVNÉ NEBO PŘEDPOKLÁDANÉ, VČETNĚ MIMO JINÉ ZÁRUKY PRODEJNOSTI, VHODNOSTI PRO KONKRÉTNÍ ÚČEL A NEPORUŠOVÁNÍ PRÁV. AUTOŘI ANI DRŽITELÉ AUTORSKÝCH PRÁV V ŽÁDNÉM PŘÍPADĚ NENESOU ODPOVĚDNOST ZA JAKÉKOLI NÁROKY, ŠKODY NEBO JINOU ODPOVĚDNOST, AŤ UŽ V RÁMCI SMLUVNÍHO VZTAHU, PŘEČINU NEBO JINAK, VYPLÝVAJÍCÍ Z SOFTWARU NEBO V SOUVISLOSTI S NÍM NEBO Z JEHO POUŽÍVÁNÍ.

7. Omezení odpovědnosti

Neneseme odpovědnost za žádné nepřímé, náhodné, zvláštní, následné nebo represivní škody ani za ztrátu zisku nebo příjmů, ať již vzniklé přímo nebo nepřímo, ani za ztrátu dat, využití, goodwillu nebo jiné nehmotné ztráty vyplývající z vašeho používání nebo nemožnosti používat Rozšíření. Berete na vědomí, že software pro synchronizaci dat sebou nese inherentní rizika konfliktu nebo ztráty dat, a proto byste měli udržovat odpovídající zálohy svých dat CRM a kalendáře.

8. Změny podmínek

Vyhrazujeme si právo tyto podmínky používání kdykoli upravit. Vaše pokračující používání Rozšíření po jakýchkoli úpravách znamená váš souhlas s aktualizovanými podmínkami.

By installing, configuring, or using the EspoCRM Google Calendar Integration extension ("the Extension") provided by ViaElement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.

The Extension provides a synchronization mechanism between an EspoCRM instance and Google Calendar via Google Workspace APIs. It allows users to view, create, update, and delete calendar events bi-directionally between the two platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Extension, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

Authorization: Ensuring you have the legal right and proper authorization to access, synchronize, and store the calendar events associated with your connected Google Account.
Security: Maintaining the security of your EspoCRM instance, your Google Account credentials, and the hardware on which your CRM is hosted.

ViaCRM Mobile App

This Privacy Policy describes how ViaElement s.r.o. ("we", "us") handles information in the ViaCRM mobile application ("App").

1. Data We Collect

The App collects and stores the following data locally on your device:

Server URL – the address of your organization's ViaCRM server
Username and password – used to authenticate with your organization's server

No data is collected by ViaElement. All data entered in the App (contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, tasks) is stored exclusively on your organization's ViaCRM server, which is operated and controlled by your organization.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your credentials are stored locally on your device and used solely to authenticate API requests to your organization's ViaCRM server. We do not have access to your credentials or any CRM data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any personal data to third parties. All communication happens directly between your device and your organization's server.

4. Data Retention

Login credentials are stored on your device until you sign out of the App. You can remove all locally stored data by signing out or uninstalling the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Security

Communication between the App and your organization's server is encrypted using HTTPS. Credentials are stored in encrypted local storage on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16.

ViaCRM is a mobile client application for the ViaCRM CRM platform. The App connects to a ViaCRM server operated by your organization and allows you to access and manage CRM data such as contacts, accounts, leads, opportunities, and tasks.

Access to the App requires valid credentials issued by your organization's ViaCRM administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
